On a daily basis you will have the opportunity to connect with hundreds of members and guests who are working out, visiting or joining. Most of which in need of your help to achieve their fitness goals! Some examples of engaging activities are strength tests, nutrition counseling, movement screens, recovery sessions, free workouts and anything else that YOU love to do!

Our 4 Pillar Personal Director will perfect;

1. Becoming a sales leader- Not only selling, but selling ethically and teaching others how to do the same.

2. Team builder- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and developing a team of winners.

3. Customer service concierge -Solve any problem, anytime. Or better yet, before they become a problem.

4. Head Trainer- Members and Team see you as the go to for fitness, health and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
